Twitter Internal Server Error

Twitter Internal Server Error  

Today at 5:12 pm, Twitter had an internal server error which did not allowed any of the user to tweet, post, or to change a Twitter Avatar.
As shown in the pic above, while I was tweeting about my pic, Twitter held me an message at top saying " Internal Server Error " that caused me inconvenience in tweeting.

Hope Twitter make it back again fast so user can have their tweets tweeted without any problem.
